Recorded unpaid days and LOP deductions from Finalized and Processed history payroll. Drafts are excluded. Approved payroll corrections are reflected.

— means no processed payroll record for that employee/month; it does not mean zero LOP. Totals cover available processed records only, including zero-LOP records. Historical unpaid days are reported as stored, without recalculation from salary or deductions. Unpaid days already include any WFH charged to unpaid leave; they are not counted twice.
